Regular office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments are appreciated but we do our best to accommodate walk-in patients. We strongly believe in the value of your time and will do our best to keep you from waiting. We appreciate a day’s notice if you need to change your appointment.
Our office staff tends to all incoming calls, this allows practitioners to attend to their scheduled patients with a minimum of interruptions. We will gladly take your message and have them return your call between appointments. If you have a question or emergency after hours, our answering service will instruct whom to call for assistance.
Fees and Payments
We make every effort to keep the cost of your medical care reasonable. You can help by paying for your items not covered by insurance at the time of your visit. This is expected unless other arrangements have been made. For your convenience we do accept Visa and Master card.
Custom-made appliances take time to properly manufacture. Therefore, it may take additional visits in order to insure each appliance functions to its potential. To protect you and to comply with industry regulations, No Refunds will be permitted for custom-made prosthetic, orthotic or compression garment appliances.
If you have health insurance, Please note that this is an agreement between you and your carrier. You are responsible for the payment of your bill regardless of the type of coverage you have. We gladly submit claims to your insurance for prompt reimbursement. Our Facilities also accept Medicare assignment for all covered services.
